Job employment scams..

I was looking on craigslist and their are tons of ads saying "tech support, ect" 15/hr then directs you to put in personal info along with which cell phone carrier you use, cell phone number, ect.. sounds like a scam to me, anyone else heard or seen this? what is the point of this.. how much $$ do they get for finding out what cell# a carrier a person uses? it also asks for your name , address, and email, which im guessing can be sold to someone for extra $$.. are these scammers banking lots of dough, and what kind of threat level do you think exists for people putting in their real info on these sites..

Its not official.. it looks VERY official but its not. How many job employers ask for what type of cell phone carrier you have? its a massive way for someone to build a spam list off of people trying to get a job. Not only that but they ask all kinds of personal details, and have you fill out those funky tests were they want to know if you want to fix your credit, or consolidate a student loan, ect.. its all a gimmick .. but with this one in paticular they have your personal information, resume, everywhere you worked, SS# maybe, if someone is that stupid, which with this scam (people looking for jobs) they are going to be throwing their SS# out alot easier then ussual on fake job apps

edit: career-network is a website that lets employers post job offers, so spammers , spam these type of sites like monster.com, craigslist, ect.. in hope that someone will reply to their job posting. The person posting their job application then exposes all their personal info in a resume, if the other person / spammer is interested in more, they could even have them goto a fake site like the one i posted above, or an official looking page to input even more personal info..
