There are ways to hack a acount in seconds with rainbow tables.
I have found this live cd . which you can boot of that contains rainbow tables. The CD allows any password to be found that contaiins alphanumeric (A-Z 0-9)characters or less.

yea i have tried with several passwords e.g 369dammshefine
it would take agggeees with brote force.
But because all passwords are already in these tables it only takes some seconds.
it took me 20 seconds at most .
THis aint a crack it's just a way to find ur windows xp password and user in case u loose it .

or if you have a usb cd device.
I use to have some fun with LCP5 but when i figured at school that it was so easy for anyone to grab password( We all had right on registry bcz we were in the phase of client/server of the class) So I decide to switch my password with something like:
hJ+Æ|k0 It's kinda hard to get it, why don't you test it and tell me how long it took?

The Default password is what I use to login to my admin account on the laptop.
A smart sysadmin would disable the floppy and CD drives. Thats a reason to store stuff on the internet so you can dl tools to the box you are on.
