Welcome to my first tool, IP Watch, I hope you enjoy!

Well, we all know, that staying anonymous in the scene
is like breathing, you need it to survive!
So most of you use VPN or Socks5 Servers.
These servers need a program, that communitcates with them.
So far so good.
But these programs can crash, they can do it
with a big error message, or they'll do it silent..
In case #2, you'll stand there naked, with your real IP.
If you recognize this too late, then it will get ugly.
So IP Watch checks you IP automatically and warns you
with a annoying sound, that your IP has changed.

This will be short, I promise.
I'm a Delphi coder, who lives in germany!
I'm born in the year 1992 so I'm 16 years old.
I won't tell, where I'm active, and not which
aliases I use.
I started coding in June 2009.
This is my first complete tool.

Well, this tool only exists, because there
are people, who share there knowledge, and
help beginners a lot!
I want to be a part of that.
I hope many will watch the source and
find something that will help them!
I don't care about rippers, because
I know for myself that I've coded thisand
that the IP Watch Project was my idea.
