well, I´m sure an exploit for the specific board-type was used, this most likely means no root-access was gained which is needed to cover the tracks.
this means: the attackers IP is showing up in the system logs (plus in the logs of a most likely installed IDS).

man, you should really stay away from such actions...

Lupe, if they got your ip, even if it's old, they can still use it to catch you if they have your host name, which contains your ISP.

This was like me when I was younger. Ethics should be developed along with skillz. A marksman should not aspire to kill people, but to hit his target with a sure shot.

Why don't you write a tutorial of how you hacked this site, that way the benefit of the hack you did would be worth something, educational or otherwise.

Also this is a primarily white hat group, with a few grey hats. If you want to just brag about hacks like this, you need to go find a black hat group to hang with.

This was my first hack so i m exited. Im done defaccing websites. I defacced 2 sites and im done. From now on im only hacking sites to send mass emails to join my site.
