reinstall symbian?

Hello guyse, i got this problem with my nokia 5800 Symbian, its making funny stuff etc, and the only solution is to reinstall symbian(I talked with a prof guy, and he said that).
well i can got to the nokia care shit, but i cant find my acknowledgment, so that will be a problem, then i have to pay.
anyone got a guide or something to reinstall symbian?

mmm try to restore the phone to factory setting, it's like resetting every thing...

Well, thanks for the links, i have tried everything i think, and i cant install stuff on it, its totally fucked. i think i have to go pay for getting it repaired, thats sad..

mmmm that's pertty sad... hate when i have to pay for fixing stuff...
thought the "restore to factory setting" should work i mean it's like formatting a PC but in this case a cellphone...
