Wordpress "list" module?

Post by ayu »

So, I wanted a page on my blog where I could place my projects in a list, the status of them, etc, and maybe a description of all the projects (how many I have and so on).

I created a regular "page" in Wordpress and did this, but it was highly inefficient when I had to update it, which I do a lot.

What I'm after is some kind of module for Wordpress where I can just list my projects in a simple manner and edit them easily. And I could just write such a module myself, but after all, I need it for my projects, which I have a lot of already, and I don't want any more at the moment ^^

Anyway if anyone has any good tips, then it would be highly appreciated :)

I have one for Django, but I think that is of little use to you. You should port your WP blog over to Django and then I can help. :P

Ok, but I don't have much time to spare for my site, so I have to stick with Wordpress for now :p

Try using the current book plugin. You can rename it to say current projects and instead of listing books you list projects.

good idea with the book plugin, I used it for a customer site once and it should be easy to use it for cats' needs too.... :)

just to add an alternative, this one seems to be promising too:
