Water PArk

Planning to make my own water park in real life. I know it sound crazy but I have the money and the scheme... now all I need to know if that's a safe bet. I hit a lottery or I will call it like that.

My current partner wants to do it and so do I. What are the things that I should be having in my mind and how should I proceed. Also if I could get financial statements of any such water park in India it would be great for me to understand it in figures.

Well - water parks around here are expensive - $25 for the whole day. $35 for non-residents of the county. they are packed when it gets hot, and closed during the fall and winter.

I am sure in your country there is a need for a water park, you just need to find the right price to offer the community.

Yeah they do need a place like that.... and I will make sure it will be reasonable price.... I shall later include Sports Bar and other concepts like that... but then lets see what pans out...!

And abt the movie.... I shall definitely try that out too... once this project gets going and I start earning.... better stop growing old... I might cast the original players in the game
