I might get to be the webmaster of this site <a href="http://www.webcomsales.com">Click Here</a> and wanted to know what i should do for making the site look better? Criticism is appreciated. Thanks.

Well, i'd start with making it more compatible with browsers. It's good that it's using DIV tags, but write your own CSS, that css used now is obviously crap. Umm, other than that it's really up to you, just make sure that all your content is clearly presented, the page has a clean feel to it and it should do fine. Here's and example of a good clean website made by me.
