for those who never heard of it yet, "Red Bull Rampage" is THE most spectacular big mountain biking event in the desert of Utah where all the top athletes of the different biking flavors (like downhill, slopestyle and freeride) meet.

yeah, 2 riders had to be flown out by helicopter after they crashed, luckily "just" stuff like broken legs. the especially dangerous thing is that they can not wear a brace to protect their neck, like it is done in normal downhill races, because it would hinder them during tricks....so they just wear a chest/back protector.
