new suck-o IRC web client!

well, well, well....it was about time I guess. thanks to cwdykarn for reporting an issue with the web IRC client which was caused by new, even more silly, "security" features Oracle put into the last Java updates. to fix the problem I would had to fiddle around with the Java sources in a highly annoying way....so I took the opportunity to finally set up a new web IRC client for us.

this one is way more fancy and up to date, and hey: no Java anymore!

it is based on KiwiIRC, but instead of using their service (and open the conversations to eventual 3rd party logging) I of course set up an own one by installing everything from source and created an own local service. so everything going on stays 100% private, as it was.

nice now I may use the web client coz before when I saw it uses java , I stopped and moved to pidgin with IRC

yeah, that Java thingy was really 90's.....I just never really cared about it because I am the old school standalone IRC client user...
but now that Oracle decided to break the applet it was a good opportunity.....and yeah, the client is really fancy, it runs on node.js and isn't just a simple web iface, it actually is a full service to which the iface just connects to...
