I came across this nice, small, lightweight code prettifying library. I am now using it at http://www.techshinobi.com
What sold me on this library, is that it is really lightweight, versus things I have seen and used in the past.
Take a look here: https://code.google.com/p/google-code-prettify/

Google Code Prettify
Re: Google Code Prettify
To add to your link: http://www.dirtymarkup.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I use this one for CSS mostly because I'm sloppy almost all the time because I use different css editors.
