I'm running Windows 10 64-bit with Comodo Internet Security Premium installed. I've always been using Comodo firewall. It's been around 10 years or so.
But nowadays, CIS is not working properly. Their main service, "COMODO Internet Security Helper Service" fails to start at startup. Even if you manually start it, some thing shuts it down immediately. I first thought it was Windows Defender. I disabled it. But still, it's not starting.
How do I fix this? This has happened 2nd time in last 2 months. I have got licensed Kaspersky and other products, but don't want to use them.
Any suggestions?

Re: Windows 10 and Comodo compatibility
Bitdefender stopped working for me last night. Uninstalled it, cleaned up the system with CCleaner and then installed it again. Problem solved.
Might not solve your problem, but it would be the first thing I'd try

Even I did the same thing. Now everything is working fine. Again I've to set all the rules.
But why does it occur frequently? Why Windows 10 is blocking the Comodo service?

Re: Windows 10 and Comodo compatibility
I'm on win7, but what I have noticed is that a whole bunch of programs stopped working after the last .NET update (version 4.5)....for example handbrake.
