sure, web- and mail-services are completely independent from each other. all you need is a domain name with the MX record pointing to the mail provider and a SPF record that qualifies the provider's mail server as sender for the domain.
if it's low volume mail traffic with no bulk mail I might be able to help you out, in case you don't have a mail service provider.
