umm...seems you´re only used the dictionary function which reads passwords from a txt-file...I have the settings not in mind, but there is a brute forcing option, this tries every possible combination...but it can take a long time (depends on the password of course).

well why dont you try to find whatever you downloaded in a different file format, seems if it has a password and you were allowed to download it, there should be a course of action to get the password, goto wherever you downloaded it from and see...
i would just try and find it in a different format...
I have downloaded many times rar files. Some times whole games and than I could not get the rar files to extract what ever I wanted. It happens and there is nothing that you can do.
I advice you to delete the rar files that you can not open and download some thing else in stead. Cracking those passwords especially if they are by any chance 80 or 90 bit strong is going to be more time consuming than if you were to download them all over agian.
