wpa w/ no wireless clients
wpa w/ no wireless clients
Im trying to figure out a way to crack a wireless wpa network when there are no wireless clients connected. I firmly believe every network is susceptible to an outside influence. I just dont know enough yet to get them all. I can do wep ok. im still having a few issues there. i can do wpa ok also. but there has to be a wireless client connected in order to get the handshake. so what do you do if there is no wireless client connected to the wpa but you want in? how do you crack it then?
Re: wpa w/ no wireless clients
thats a slow network to crack - no users on it.
if there was a user logged in, you would disassociate them or deauth them so they have to do the handshake. but what if there is no one to deauth or disassociate?
So you have an AP, wepped, and no one using it. Can't associate with it, so you are left with just the SSID beacon.
not sure, guess I will think on it for awhile.
