Post by bad_brain »

been in my favorite tea shop today, I am going there since years already so the shop owner kept a very rare one for me, it' named "Shincha Kirisakura"....that the best tea of the first harvest, 1 kilo cost almost 500 Euro... 8O
of course I only got 11 gram, which is what you need for 1 liter, can't wait to drink it....but I will keep it for a special occasion.... :D

Awesome! Don't wait too long, though. You should drink it while it's fresh!

usually up to 6 months it's safe without risking a quality loss, but I couldn't wait anymore...

it's really delicious, hard to describe the taste....it has the taste like all high quality japanese Sencha teas, but it's also a little sweet and also a little nutty..
already the color is really nice... :D

I still have the Formosa Pi Lo Chun tea you sent about 5 years ago. It has enough for one more pot. I guess I am saving it for a special occasion.

I drink 99.9% green tea, but if I drink some black one I also don't use milk or sugar, because I want the true tea flavor.. :)

How to make tea Indian Style: (Servers 2)

1. Take 1/2 cup of water and boil it
2. Put 2 tea spoons of tea leaves (Black ones)
3. Stir and also add 2 tea spoons of sugar for taste
4. let the water take the color of tea and then add 1.5 cup of milk in it
5. Boil it till the milk is turned brown and keep it rising and the blowing air :P to make it go down
6. Serve hot =D> =D>

BTW @All you must taste the tea that I make I promise you guys, you'll love it
