Moulder...what is this?

a friend of mine sent me a picture of her kid on a school sports fest, but wait....check that unidentified flying object in the left upper corner....anyone an idea what it is?
we were both wondering, but it gets too blurry with a lot of zoom, maybe one of you has an idea...

Also it might be a stuffed animal (unicorn of some sort?) thrown into the air because I can't see any balloon stand nor anyone else with them.

My guess is a stuffed dragon/unicorn thrown by its tail into the air.
There are only two people that seem to notice it from what I can tell. and there might be another one by the persons feet.
That stuffed animal has to be what 25 - 30 feet,7.5 - 9 meters in the air that is pretty good for anything stuffed.

Its too straight in the air to have been thrown and too still in the camera image, its a shame the image is not better quality to get a closer look at it. My guess is it is full of helium

Looks like a balloon or something.
Looks too clear to be something that was thrown up in the air (shouldn't it be blurry if it was?)

Not really, since the kid who's in the air is also clear. I'm guessing a good camera.
