Searching for a "no logs" email service provider...
I wonder if anybody is using and knows to recommend something like this.
I'm searching for a (preferably free) email service provider, who doesn't log any personal information, like contents of sent and received email. I don't care about the IP logging, I just wish my talk to be kept private from prying eyes aka assholes. The inbox size doesn't have to be unlimited, should be 100MB minimum.
Would be even bigger plus, if that service provider would refuse or couldn't, because of some technical reasons, start to log any data like that even if demanded by assh.. authorities.
In my country, there is no privacy (and no other human rights). Government thinks they can do just anything. If you'd only see what I've seen....

Never tried it, but I read a lot about this one and it seems to be good.

if you can live with a delay of incoming mails and "AIDS cure" spam from the provider, I am using that one:

It's paid service though. Still, there's no point in saying no to this. Worth trying for 3 months.

CounterMail, hmm, requires Java and browser which supports Java... and an OS that supports Java and Java supporting browser. Need to test that on my Linux...
30-day Trial, then 19$ for 3 months or 109$ for 2 years - seems not that bad.
Suck-O-s mail? What does Suck-O offer comparing to CounterMail?
Also, any VPN services similar to this? I still mean, no monitoring of user activity, even if demanded by anti-human rights organizations?
My internet got "hot" after I posted this topic. I instantly smelled fear in the air.
How dumb can somebody be and still declare themselves as #1 in EU, geesh...

I'm kidding of course, but if I were you I wouldn't let any of my girlfriend's contact info or pictures go through suck-o mail ^^

How much do you charge for email, B_B? I'm seriously considering ditching gmail. I'm just not sure if I want to host my own mail server. I'm not sure if want a @suck-o.com address

hm, not much, let's say 12 bucks/year for 10 addresses.
if you come up with an own domain that could be done too, either bundled with hosting or just by providing the MX Record.

Hmm, so much for that.
I found a nice blog, made by TorrentFreak, which gave a huge list of non-tracking and tracking VPN providers. That sure helped to clear things up.
I also thought of other ways for getting privacy and a 9 year old memory started echoing in my head: satellite phone.
I Googled for that and indeed, there are indeed encrypted satphones. Can't find much data about call or text logging, but the phones cost about 600$ and supposedly those phones should have signal anywhere on this planet, unlike those 1-2 sticks I currently have on my phone's screen, while living in the center of my capital city (Does anybody know, how to build an EMP bomb or smthn to kill all bugs?).
But it seems I already have to bury that thought, since in this Feb an article appeared, telling that two encryption algorithms, used in many satphones, got cracked...
Does anybody have any experience with satphones? Or phone call and text encryption (e.g. Android)?

BTW, you can't trust VPNs. They work with LEO just as any ISP.
