a fantastic rifle to be sure, it was top on my list for low-medium end, medium-long range marksmanship till I discovered the 6.5X47 LaPua.

Perhaps you'll have to invite me up someday to play :D

Can not wait to see the pictures.

The only thing I want to add to the collection again is a savage model 10 (heavy barrel 308). I really enjoy long range shooting although have not been out in the back 40 this year to shoot.

yea as usual I was too happy doing trigger time, I did not set up the camera yet. I would like to get a body worn camera to tag along, maybe a 'behind the gun view'.

So far i have been running drills that consist of moving and shooting, reloading on the move, and cover - all the stuff I could not do at the other ranges. I hit the gym to train physically for the shoot.

I ordered some ammo from SGAmmo.com, so waiting on resupply.
3D targets. So far the DMPS likes the Federal green tips.

I try to find similar shooters to join me, the gun club is the only club around that does combat training, guess that is why LEO is here.

anyone reading this is welcome to meet up for a shoot out ; )

My son wanted to start a paint ball club and use the back 30 acres as a jungle environment to practice in.

Airsoft is for indoor combat I guess. I see several ranges use airsoft instead of more painful, expensive simunition. Those are 'lipstick' filled plastic slugs that can be fired in many weapons.

That is a really sweet site however I did not see pricing on anything. I wonder how expensive it is.

some pricing -

Mossenberg shotgun - about $275
DPMS Panther carbine - $700 (with gear as seen about $1,200)
Hansen Shotgun - (trade) worth $370

I could have brought pricier guns like a Rock River Arms Carbine, for $2,000. But I shopped for the best price, best value, and built it myself.
