I dont know if you have Radio Shacks in sweden. But I bought a micro cassette recorder which has headset lines in and out. It works great! And you can probably get the at any office supply or electronic store.

depends on the quality of service you want, the cellphone might work, beware the cellphone may have a file size limit of saving that audio recording.

my fave site:
shomer-tec.com/site/department.cfm?id=8999EE24-C459-C421-3C0B98E732FD0114

Your phone suction cup dealie is $4. not including the cassette recorder.
