I'm about to centralize all my USB devices and also connect them all to each other (as far as possible)....so here is hub #1 at the moment...

B_B, what about the performance, does having so many connected to just one interface cause a drop in speeds etc

hmmm....didn't tested simultaneous transfers from multiple drives yet, I am pretty sure it will have an effect on the transfer rate because it's only USB 2.0, but luckily it will only happen very rarely anyway...
