I have set up a site which allows you to query a whole bunch of different databases to find out if an IP, email address, or username is listed as spammer (or malicious in general).
I have to wait for 2 API keys for 2 databases and also do the design, but the functionality is already given, so feel free to play around with it:

recaptcha for comments and akismet together is usually a good way to get rid of there, let me know in case you need a akismet API key..

I am still using the akismet key you gave me a long long time ago, i have probably not set the recaptcha on some of the sites, will check later

This is great! Have been waiting for this! I know a couple of malicious spammers to start with. And a troublemaker in general to add to that list.
