How to find date of a website link?

How to find out when the website link is put live?

For example, this is the link. I want to find out when this link has come on web.

Is there any way to find out that information?

Well no, usually not.

You can probably check when it was last checked by google, or when it was created by checking if the file header has a date.

Yes, that's true. But in this case, link is actually a downloadable ebook. How do we come to know when it has gone online?

Like I said, you usually can't.
Or there's no "standard" way of checking it.

You will have to do some digging, by checking the following things to find out:

1: Check google when it cached it
2: Check if the file has any date of some sort
3: Ask the person who uploaded or the one who is hosting it
