well, make sure to get decent hosting from a relaxed provider, because hosting videos often leads to complaints (like DMCA ones), and if your host is not cool about that he might kick you out the contract.....so make sure to read the small print.

well, not necessarily ripping them, mostly the videos are simply embedded from other sites like xhamster, youporn, etc....that way you don't need much space and avoid legal trouble (at least you're not that prone to trouble compared to hosting the video files yourself).

and sorry, but I have to pass on hosting that one...
nothing personal, most of the sites I host are for individuals or companies where the public image and reputation are extremely important, so they would be a little irritated when finding out their "neighbor" on the IP address is a tranny porn site....

I think almost all big hosting providers are out, most of them have explicit "no porn" policies in their contracts, so the best way to go would be either an own server or hosting companies like PRQ or Orange Website....performance-wise both are ok, but not the cheapest. big plus with those providers: you can stay fully anonymous, payment with BTC possible. and they are relaxed about most kinds of complaints.

But DarkNet wont get me anything stable for a small passive income. The reason I am trying to do this is to generate something between $70-100 in a month and I will be more than happy. Having it on DarkWeb wont solve the purpose I believe.

Also this is only out of Monitory gains that I am looking at this option. Not for passion or as such. Them $$ is taking over me

offshore hosting and anonymity is a 2-sided coin.....keeps legal trouble away from you, but they can also rip you off and you can't do anything against it.
