the inevitable "what are you listening to" thread

Post by bad_brain »

wondering more and more what the hell I am actually doing on FB, the stupidity level it reached on there became unbearable....leave alone the spying, snitching and censoring.

so yeah, I'll post my musical gems here instead now... 8)
feel free to post yours.

I listen to a lot of mixed stuff right now. Like, Skillet and similar when I go to work, and ABBA + Queen on the way home xD.

But I found this one a while back which I find ... interesting

Started listening to the one you posted bb and then I was like "wtf 57 minutes?!", and then I realised...

my ears....THEY ARE BLEEDING!! 8O

well, not really my cup of tea but it's weird....and I like weird stuff....:D

ABBA, but no Roxette? I am deeply disappointed in my stereotypes... [-(
but speaking of ABBA, Tesco Vee, the singer of The Meatmen, is a huge ABBA fan....have to look for the pic with me and Tesco, taken on the show I went some years ago. in the meantime:

was a HUGE scandal back in 85, still would be nowadays. he sings from the POV of a pedophile serial killer, the song was banned on TV and radio here.

musicals are not my cup of tea, BUT there is one I love:

I remember when I saw it in the movie theater for the first time, I was like 13 or so....it was one of those old huge palace-like ones, lots of red velvet and stuff. a little shabby already, but it had a lot of charme and it fitted so well to the movie.

so yes, it was huge but there were just 3 people.....me and a buddy, and in the very back in the corner a guy wanking his pecker while swearing a lot. in the theater they usually showed porn movies, and he was obviously slightly irritated...not sure if more by the lack of x-rated action or by Frank'n'Furter...

you might like those gentlemen, good ol' german rock from my late teen/twen days.....lyrics and attitude wasn't much different to what Rammstein is now, just more explicit.
this one ("fat and thirsty") is a great drinking song...
