Morrowind

Hey guys, my friend asked me to install the elder scrolls: morrowind on his computer. He has an official CD and all that and linux (thanks to me). Anyway, after installing wine i ran the installation of the cd and it worked fine... until 84%. What happened is it's asking for a data3.cab, which isn't on the cd. I have a morrowind cd myself, and there isn't a data3.cab file on there either. So i googled it and other people have had this problem as well, but their disks were downloaded and burned versions. Any ideas to what could be goin' on?

not sure its always worked fine for me i could see if i can find my cd and see if it has a data3.cab file on it somewhere if it does i could send you it that might work

well mine dont have a data3.cab file either and i even installed it and it worked fine so i have no explanation
