network login help.

whenever i'm trying to hack my one computer, i start off by doing something like net use //computername/ipc$ \u:administrator.

after going into regedit and trying to connect, it comes up with the screen for the login name and pass. i know that there isnt a password for the computer, so i leave that field blank. so far i've tried some accounts like admin, administrator, and guest. none of these worked.

anyone know what i might be doing wrong and/or how to get the correct login/pass?
