got this link through the newsgroup I'm in, it's nice for a quick selfcheck (and also works for other IPs), it's also the only way to do nmap scans when on dial-up:

you don't have to register, just wait a little until the scan is done, the result will be displayed then:

nmap is the most advanced network scanner, it has a lot of options, check here:
