HELP. Setting up proxies

Hello.i would like for somebody to help teach me how to set up proxies.

I don't know witch is the best program to use to

1. Find proxies (and how to find them)

2. Witch program to use them (I think AIM. Uses "socks") so id need to find a program witch can use socks proxys and http.

3. Could you please provide a link?

just type in proxy list in google and up comes a whole bucn hof lists of free proxy servers pick one and then write down the port and ip listed there

for firefox 2 go to tools>options>avanced>network>settings select manual proxy configuration and then type in the proxy ip and port in the http proxy par t and select use this proxy for all

if u are actually still using internet explorer i dont know but u can google it

edit : as for programs Steganos makes a proxy program but it aint free and umm for AIM and suck i think ur screwed what i listed earlier is for internet browsing
