where is my favorite Norton?

I know it completely sucks, but I am using it since years now and it's like being married for 50 years: even if the partner is very annoying you're so used to it that you would miss him...

i didnt put norton because i though no one uses it anymore

I like running, ]\[othing - nadda - nothing.

I run no antivirus because I have a great system for maintaining my data and keeping my pc running as fast as possible with out the software. It has been several years since I have gotten a virus unless I did it on purpose to grade the malice code. I often use Yahoo or another email server that already has antivirus software. Just send to my self before running the code.

I don't use AV. Hell I don't even run Anti-spyware apps anymore.

When I run windows I seem to do a decent enough job keeping things in good shape.

In general AV has caused many more problems than it has fixed. And 90% of the time I can remove anything too anoying by a simple system restore.
