If I Have A JPG Of A Bird In My Lawn And Want To Zoom In On The Bird Without Losing Image Quality How Do I Do This?

It's not possible. You can only do that in real time, because your len's automatically adjust. Whether it's your eye or a device. When you take a picture it's saved. There is a pixel per inch limit. So when you zoom in you are making each pixel appear bigger and the image blurs.

Actually it is possiable. Thanks to new technologies, there are some programs that will zoom without loosing quality, I will try to find some names and post them here. But I do know its possiable, I've done it.

yep but its only when you build images its called vector gfx

see each vector and stuff no matter how much resize stays the same so technically dosent blur at all just gets bigger....
