hello guys just after a secound opinion please.
i may not be nothing but im getttng some strange goings on with sites connecting to my ports none that ive heard of or even visited.
anyway i managed to get one of many sites http://usa01.rsvmedia.com/
RSV Media. please can someone give me a hint of what this is.

hm...some kind of malware is on your box I would say...spyware, a hijacker or something like that. done scans with ad-aware and spybot already?

i have but it has'nt picked anything up??
iv tried rebooting in safemode and running spybot but still nothing??

hm,you could get "hijack this!" and post the log, or get Process Explorer and TCPview, make screenshots and post them here. It´s hard to say what causes your problem, but when I can take a look at the processes running in the background and/or the opened ports I can surely help you more... :wink:

just had time to take a short, first look, but buddy:

C:\Program Files\ASMonitor\ASMonitor.exe

that´s possibly a keylogger!

and the search-bar for IE sucks too, block it with your firewall, I´m sure it will try to connect to the net, even if you use Firefox. some other crap on the system like the Lexmark service (I hate it when printers want to connect to the net) and the RealPlayer-stuff, but the keylogger and the toolbar are the ones which are really dangerous.
