well, the IP is given to you by your internet service provider (ISP) once you're connecting to the internet, so you can't make it dynamic from client side. the only option is to use proxies.
but well, a static IP might suck if you want to dl splitted files on rapidshare for example, but on the other side it's great to run a server from home....most people even have to pay extra to get a static IP from their ISPs. ...

hm, simply contact your ISP and ask...if it's a big provider it should be no problem at all, but a small provider might have a too limited IP-pool....

i am on static and i done my research and i know for a fact that its very hard to hide it

my ISP changes it from time to time but its not as often as i want it to be

there is not way you can make it dynamic

only your ISP can :/

they way you can know is that you just turn the net off and then on and see if its changed

also if i pay 5$ more i get another IP

King so what you're saying is that u have to pay 5$ to your ISP to make the IP dynamic, or to change your static ip into another one :?:

In my world, all ISPs give dynamic ip addresses, to get a static one you need to pay extra.

I've been with a static one even after power outages, and installations of windows/linux etc. I think my IP has changed once in the past 2 or 3 years...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It works on my machine...
