reinstalling windows.

So windows is being a bitch again.

I want to clean install my C:/ drive but windows isnt allowing it because I got a newer version of windows?. what kind of bullshit is that?.

so how can I format my drive and reinstall windows asap?.

seems many ex-Vista users have this problem...best download the Ultimate Bootdisk, when booted from it go to "Hard Disk Wiping Tools" and use "Darik's Boot and Nuke" to format the drive. but should work with win 2000/98/95 boot floppies too using the good old
format command....
