I did a search for an update for GAIM and I found that the developers had changed the name to Pidgin.

So, just incase anyone is looking for the newest version of GAIM search for Pidgin.

Bad_Brain: You might want to update the GAIM download to Pidgin 2.0.0 (or just put a new entry whenever you update.

An update for everyone.

Thanks for the info. I was real happy to hear they made it for windows and now instead of using aim or trillian, I use GAIM. Would you know why they changed the name? Thanks.

Because AOL made them ^^.

Gaim sounds a little bit similar to the IM messenger.
