Yea, try using hex values and binary values for titles.

To use an exploit you really dont need to know much apart from compiling or interpreting, and some basic format understanding..

Mostly, the exploits have a very important part missing or commented out.. so that is all you would need to know to run an exploit,
exploits are usually written in C,C++, perl, PHP, most of them being C and perl..
