1st IP port scanner

hey guys im kinda new here but i was hoping you could help me out. i was told to get an IP search program. i downladed 1st IP port scanner (http://www.softaward.com/8889.html), but i have no idea what it does. im on a harshest time frame and i dont have time to figure it out, im really not experianced when it comes to IPs and all that. has anyone ever used it or has a better IP finder??

simply a new ip finder.... it is called

IP Finder 1.1
