win 98 se..... hate it!....

my is fucked.... i got win 98 se on it and for some reason it is making a disc surface scanning and scans for bad sectors.... and allready now it has found about 20 badsectors.... and thats really bad cause and cant use the computer while it is doing that.... "¤#"#up on win 98 se drugs and crack.... that ¤#%#¤& thing is driving me crazy... btw its an
IBM Thinkpad 600.....

and do not have a clue why it is doin' that... maybe cause of power failure.
can anyone give me a new computer in a christmas present???

98 sucks, why don´t you install 2000?
I use 2000 on my old Compaq Armada with even less hardware ressources (266Mhz, 48Mb RAM) than your Thinkpad....

umm, I don´t like requests for warez on the boards, especially for ms products, that´s why this thread will be locked. take this as a warning...
