try this
go into the browser in ur psp
go to Toots > Settings > Cookie Setting > Allow all
go to Tools > Delete Cookies,Delete Cache,Delete Authentication Information and Delete Input History!

Well.. the data query can not be sent probley or you typed it wrong. the psp is a unique device and Bd_Brain's site does have tough definations to it. It can detect your device as a bot and refuse any interconnection with it. Clearing the cache, and cookies and resetting your device normally wipes this problem out because the site logins cookies onto your device to tell what you are. And the cache size for a psp is 2mb I believe.

And the WEP encryption would have nothing to do with this, unless some how you got a pass port hack which replaces all the logins with a username and password you specfically desired during installation to avoid constant logging in. Check your settings, clear the cache and everything. I have gotten suck-o to work on the psp, check out this article to see suck-o on the psp: http://www.suck-o.com/modules.php?name= ... pic&t=2566

May you tell me the firmware you are running and if there is any hacks, also can you tell me what router you are currently using?
