Hmmm.... Normally there would be a update.php file or something like that , this file you must refresh for the board to be made. After that the file gathers and locates all other files and makes your board, normally you would remove that file afterward because a hacker can find that file and constantly refresh it, reseting the boards data. Refer to the readme file.

Would you mind posting the link in where you got this particular board, or the exact location of the download you used...

hmm....can't you pick phpbb 2.x there? I mean, phpbb is still beta and not the best idea to use it already anyway...

yeh but phpbb 3 is easy to hack and i cant code to make a security

Just checked. You gotta find the index.html or index.php file then replace it with the main site or the enter part of the site. Then your good to go. If you dont it will always show that and like google, someone will go up the directory links and get a root acess to your site.
