my pc keeps blockin' old and known rat such as ProRat , etc
i closed all my av's etc.

yep, zone alarm is still running in the background....try to kill the processes in taskmanager, but it's possible you simply can't kill a process because some AVs (at least the halfway good ones) have a self-protection mechanism in case malware is trying to kill the AV processes.
you can also try to disable the AV startup in msconfig, but don't forget to enable it again when you're done...
