I wonder what the consequences for warning people here in the US.
People have a system where I live that they flash their brights at people who either have their brights on, or when there's a cop down the road.
The thing is, these guys have radar(or ladar probably) that can reach a mile or more.

lol.reminds me of when my mate and i did surveys to people,no i didnt pester them for a reply i asked if they wanted to answer 3 questions if they said no then i didnt ask are you sure or wateva but anyways
it was on the councal or how eva you spell it,they were fining people 77 australian dollars for parking in the outdoor carpark for more than 1 hour.
i was going to go up to the front desk and place a few hundred copies of the replies i got from people.majority of the answers were"we should be able to park there as long we like.i got a few people saying it was fair to fine people but in my oppinion the councel cann kiss my arse and shove that next ticket up there arse's.if it will fit seing as theyr'e so tight.
