is there a bootable cd that u can choose to boot from your usb drive?

yeah u can use ultimate boot cd its free and will boot from a pen drive

Linux distros like Knoppix can be booted from USB too (in theory it would work with any Linux distro, but the config can be a pain in the ass).
and of course your BIOS have to support booting from USB...

i booted from usb before but i cant know
i need to boot from the usb!!
