Programming with Binary

Would it be possible to write computer instructions (Program) in Binary are there any tools available that would allow this

Any ideas

I think asm is the lowest level language...

well, it IS possible to code in binary, but even asm is a picknick compared to it. here´s some nice information about coding in binary and hexadecimal:

haha I guess Binary coding is a challenge but the reason why I ask is I am looking at getting a better understanding of Quantum Computing I would like to be able to program for the quantum computer and as far as I can tell it would be good to understand binary then the qbit technology
