like I said, I offer hosting. but it's not for free and a registered domain name is needed....the price depends on the needed resources (traffic, webspace), for a forum site with some files to download (500mb webspace) I demand 20€/year.
I know, some might say "meh...I can get 50GB space for 5 bucks/month"....but on such hosts you have awfully slow up/download rates and the websites are more off- than online because hundreds of people have to share the limited resources (RAM).
