please help
i am just wondering is it really possible to hack a computer or email inbox? and does anyone here know how? as u can tell i am new here!!!

Well, sure it is possible, but there isn´t one way which works for all.
There are so many ways, from SE to infecting the target with some kind of malware, brute forcing, etc., etc.....The most important part is to get as much information about the target as possible (what OS, which programs run on the box, etc.)
And to simply tell you how it might work don´t make sense, because when you don´t know exactly what you´re doing it will surely lead you into trouble, computer sabotage is a crime which can even bring you to jail.
The best way to learn "how to hack" is to set up a home network (a old P2 is good enough for the target system), maybe install Apache on it, and then experiment. This will give you the opportunity to gain experience without the danger of getting into trouble.
