well the host dont support php so how can i upload a forum

From what I know, most hosting sites don't allow things like php due to security problems. Of course, you could always try getting some webserver software (maybe apache) and hosting it yourself on your own server, but you'd have to buy a domain name.

freehostia.com,they are often down lately due to work on their servers but they support alot of languages
