no sound!!

i was fixing this pc remote access everything seems ok the sound card is detected .. the volume is at max and there is still no sound and yes i also checked the services

hm, checked the mixer settings too? maybe the device outout is disabled there...

have the sound been working before or is it a new system setup? maybe just the sound cable is connected wrong..

they cant be updated because its a limited account and i dont have physical access to the machine so i get on to the admin account ..
the only access i got is remote
