I have tried to keep my interest relatively secret and I never talk about it openly. I believe that it is some thing that you do not want every one to know.

However, my sister and my mother seem to have a clue about what I do in my spare time on the internet after seeing a book about hacking. So how about you?

Same as you , i also tried to keep it secret. However my friend encourage me to play his online game and GM BLocked me so i decided to hacks some account after i got like 200+ game accounts , my friend asked me... where'd ya get that? I told him not to tell anyone and i got it from a tool called keylogger. He bragged it with everyone so most likely everyone think im 1337 hax0r for having 200+ account. So every time someone says im hacker , im always saying "I AM NOT HACKER , My "hacker" definition is different from yours , nab". About family uhmm.. i think my sister do know cuz she saw me reading hacking tutorials and watching hacking tut. I believe cracking/hacking/skiddie or what so ever. Even if you're just using ready made tool or know how to code yourself should not be told to anybody , cause it's your only advantage

my sis always nags at me not to do the things i do,ripping,cracking software,going on hacking sites and forums,and the hack pack im working on she still wants me to stop that,so its not very secret for me,my brother,the next door nabour and my brother know i do it,so damn,oh and so did my previous school

Never say you are a hacker when applying for a job. It has bad connotations. Use proper terminology, even if it is a bit tongue in cheek - like Network security analyst, Wifi Commo specialist, cryptograpy and encryption studies, etc. Round out your skills with network and computer admin skills (and certs even!) you can call your self a plain old sysadmin, with a background in security administration.

You should be hacking because it simulates your brain, not your ego.

I dont really know how to it more your age groups game now I mainly do programs and ready made stuff im a cheater I guess would be me the lazy old fart

to old to learn and to lazy so I just use software or download it but hey everything for my pcs has always been free so I aint complianing and as far as who knows my wife and and not many others

Yeah it's sick. People sell spyware and shit and even complete hack-kits to people who doesn't know shit, therefore poisoning our treasured home planet called the internet.

About the hacking...hmm well I don't do hacking, but the part of my class that i don't hang out with thinks I'm some kind of super cyber criminal, and this is ONLY because they say the "hacking/wardriving" forum on the boards on Suck-o. They are a bunch of immature retards anyway so "care" ^^

Been busy and tired from my move and my pcs have been up and down lmao like me moveing sucks Just had time to browse here and there I need to turn the thing on sometime and leave it

and yea its a real shame whats happened to the net in my day and the true day hacking used to really mean before most of you you just browse around the net see what you can get into IE peoples places PCs and how challengeing it was no Dammage or that bullshit just browse or take a interesting file etc and leave everything exactly as found thats what it used to be maybe if it was a super bitch to get into a signiture or something cute no harm ya now but nowdays they just see how many dam pcs they can blow the hell away etc bunch of bull
