Site backup

how can i back up my full site
im using SMF 1.1.3 ??

um, isn't there an option to backup the database in the admin panel?

because that's all you have to do besides saving the files itself...

so i just save the backup file from the admin
panel then just save all my files ?

yeup! as long as you don't have shell access that's the only way I guess.
the database is more important because it changes on every entry that is made on the site, so back it up regularly..
